KEC International: The company has signed a novation agreement with Warora-Kurnool Transmission Limited (WKTL), a subsidiary of Adani Transmission Limited (ATL) for Rs 477 crore to complete the balance work of the transmission lines in the states of Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra and Telangana for release of earlier dues of this project.   

Mindtree: Mindtree reports robust revenue growth of 5.2 per cent QoQ in USD; recommends a final dividend of Rs 17.5 per share.  

Bharti Airtel: Government of Ghana to take over the ownership of AirtelTigo, which is a joint venture of Airtel and Millicom International Cellular SA.   

Kolte-Patil Developers: The highest-ever quarterly collection in Q4FY21 stands at Rs 442 crore, which is up by 16 per cent QoQ.  

GTPL Hathway: GTPL Hathway’s consolidated FY21 PAT at Rs 1,885 million, up by 145 per cent achieves ‘net-debt free’ status in FY21; proposes 40 per cent dividend for FY21.   

NTPC: NTPC has decided to issue unsecured non-convertible bonds in the nature of debentures of Rs 3,996 crore on April 20, 2021, through private placement at a coupon of 6.87 per cent per annum.   

Career Point: Career Point signed MoU with Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment for tutorial services.   

Wockhardt: The credit facilities committee of the board of directors of the company is scheduled to be held on April 21, 2021, inter-alia, to consider & approve the proposal for fundraising via issuance of non-convertible debentures on a private placement basis.   

HDFC Bank: The board has given a nod to the bank for the issuance of a perpetual debt instrument, tier II capital bonds, and long-term bonds up to a total amount of Rs 50,000 crore.   

PVR: The company’s long-term rating has been downgraded to 'CRISIL AA-/CRISIL PPMLD AA- r/negative'; short-term rating reaffirmed.   

IndiaMart InterMesh: The company has indirectly, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Tradezeal Online Private Limited, agreed to acquire 22 per cent of the share capital (on a fully-diluted basis) of Truckhall Private Limited.   

Glenmark Pharmaceuticals: Glenmark Life Sciences, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company has filed a draft red herring prospectus with Securities & Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for an initial public offer.   

Coforge: The board has approved the issuance of NCDs for Rs 340 crore.
