Keep a watch on following smallcap companies trading near their year high
Nifty Smallcap 250, in today’s trade gained by 0.91 per cent. Out of 250 stocks in the Nifty Smallcap 250 index, 146 stocks closed in green, 102 stocks closed in red, and two remained unchanged.
Indian equity market once again outperformed its Asian peers on Friday. Though it closed almost flat, it was the best-performing equity index in Asia. Even the European market ahead of key US inflation data is trading in red except for the Italian market. Within the Indian equity broader market index, it is the Smallcap index that outperformed others.
