In Q4FY24, the company's revenue increased by 22 per cent from Q4FY23 to Rs 62.6 crore, and the annual revenue rose by 15 per cent from FY23. What factors contributed to the company's strong financial performance?

Several factors contributed to our strong financial performance in Q4FY24 and FY24. We saw a substantial increase in inventory utilisation, rising to 78 per cent from 63 per cent in the previous year, highlighting improved resource management and operational efficiency. Strategic initiatives were conducted to enhance our market position and a robust omni-channel framework significantly boosted market reach and client value.

Our digital business sector also experienced impressive year-on-year growth of 22 per cent, demonstrating successful adaptation to the changing media landscape. Effective cost management and operational efficiencies further contributed to the 31 per cent surge in EBITDA, driving enhanced profitability.

 

Could you provide some insight on any upcoming mega launches? What are your future predictions for its development?

Happydemic, our latest collaboration, has been enthusiastically received, offering a unique platform for connecting artists with fans through personalised experiences. Building on this success, we recently launched SMINCO, an innovative influencer marketing platform by Music Broadcast Limited (MBL), which revolutionises the industry with its AI-driven approach. SMINCO connects brands and influencers seamlessly, maximising ROI through advanced matching algorithms, real-time analytics, and customizable campaign tools, setting new standards. At the moment, what are your top 3 strategic priorities?

Our top three strategic priorities are centred around enhancing our reach, integrating technology, and deepening community engagement. We are fully committed to our 'Radigitalization' strategy, which seamlessly blends traditional radio with digital platforms. This approach is allowing us to expand our reach beyond our 39 locations, engaging a broader consumer base through social media, on-air promotions, television, and various digital channels.

RC Studio launched on Jio TV, making it the first-ever 24/7 video channel by a radio station in India. Could you please elaborate on how this is expected to impact the company's future prospects?

The launch of RC Studio on JioTV positions Radio City as a trailblazer in the industry, merging traditional radio with digital video content. This pioneering initiative of ours is expected to significantly enhance the company's future prospects by expanding its reach to JioTV’s vast audience base. By offering a 24/7 video channel, we aim to engage a younger digitally savvy demographic. Reigniting their interest in radio through dynamic visuals and innovative content.

This move not only broadens the consumer reach but also provides advertisers with limitless opportunities for engagement. Also, positively drives new revenue streams and solidifies Radio City's leadership in the evolving entertainment scenario.

Yes, like any organization operating in the digital space, we do encounter cybersecurity threats. To address these, we have implemented a robust cybersecurity framework that includes advanced threat detection and prevention systems. We continually update our security protocols to protect against emerging threats. Additionally, we conduct regular security audits and employee training to ensure compliance and readiness.
