As per the Quarterly Results, in Q4 FY24, Hindustan Construction Company Limited recorded a revenue of Rs 1773 crore. The operating loss for Q4 FY24 stood at Rs 118 crore. The net profit for Q4 FY24 was Rs 246 crore. Looking at the annual performance, the company generated a revenue of Rs 7007 crore in FY24, compared to Rs 9857 crore in FY23. The operating profit for FY24 was Rs 671 crore with a net profit of Rs 478 crore.

According to the shareholding pattern of Hindustan Construction Company Limited, promoters own 18.59 per cent stake, while public investors hold 65.23 per cent. Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) and Domestic Institutional Investors (DIIs) hold 9.63 per cent and 6.55 per cent stakes, respectively. In the most recent quarterly update, FIIs have increased their stake, whereas DIIs have slightly reduced theirs.
