Four stocks witnessing long unwinding
Long unwinding refers to selling of positions or stocks owned for a longer period either to book profit or to exit it in anticipation of impending bearishness.
The domestic benchmark indices opened Monday's trading session on a positive note. At 11.24 am, both Sensex, as well as Nifty, were trading in the green zone i.e at 60,164.39 and 17,949.15 levels, up by 0.70 per cent & 0.77 per cent, respectively.
Maruti, Infosys, and ITC emerged as the top three gainers today, which surged 3.38 per cent, 2.58 per cent & 1.92 per cent, respectively.
