Five stocks witnessing long unwinding
Long unwinding refers to selling of positions or stocks owned for a longer period either to book profit or to exit it in anticipation of impending bearishness.
On the second trading session of the week, the domestic benchmark indices opened with losses. At 11.19 am, both Sensex, as well as Nifty, were seen trading with losses at 56,979.56 and 16,989.85 levels, inching lower by 1.22 per cent & 1.26 per cent, respectively.
