Five stocks witnessing long unwinding
Long unwinding refers to selling of positions or stocks owned for a longer period either to book profit or to exit it in anticipation of impending bearishness.
The domestic benchmark indices opened Wednesday's trading session in the positive territory. At 10.57 am, Sensex was trading at 59,352.16 levels, up by 0.83 per cent while Nifty climbed 0.77 per cent and was spotted at 17,712.00 levels.
Bajaj Finserv, IndusInd Bank, and Bajaj Finance emerged as the top three gainers of the day, which soared 4.40 per cent, 3.71 per cent & 3.01 per cent, respectively.
