Five stocks witnessing long unwinding
Long unwinding refers to selling of positions or stocks owned for a longer period either to book profit or to exit it in anticipation of impending bearishness.
The domestic benchmark indices opened Tuesday's trading session on a flat note with a positive bias. At 11.25 am, both Sensex, as well as Nifty, were trading in the green zone at 60,560.05 and 18,038.00 levels, up by 0.27 per cent & 0.19 per cent, respectively.
HCL Tech, HDFC, and Sun Pharma emerged as the top three gainers of today's session, which climbed 3.29 per cent, 1.50 per cent & 1.25 per cent, respectively.
