ESP Leader Signs Rs 5,61,00,000 Deal with India’s Engineering Giant BHEL

Strengthening its position in advanced ESP manufacturing solutions.

Auro Impex & Chemicals Ltd (AICL) has received an order worth Rs 5.61 crore (excluding GST) from Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL), one of India’s largest engineering enterprises. The contract involves the manufacture and supply of Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP) internal parts. The order is to be executed between June and July 2025.

Significance of the Order
This order reflects BHEL’s confidence in AICL's engineering capabilities. It also highlights AICL’s commitment to delivering high-quality products and solutions. Such partnerships strengthen AICL’s market presence and reinforce its growth trajectory, creating long-term value for shareholders.

Business Overview
Incorporated in 1994, AICL specializes in the manufacturing, export, and supply of ESP internal parts, including collecting and discharge electrodes. The company is ISO 9001:2015 certified and offers services such as component sourcing, design, manufacturing, and quality testing for OEMs and service providers. AICL is also engaged in trading activities, enhancing its business diversification.

Advanced Manufacturing Facilities
AICL operates a manufacturing facility in West Bengal, spread across 2.44 acres. The facility includes four production lines: two for collecting plates, one for discharge electrodes, and one pipe mill for backward integration. These facilities enable the company to meet high-quality standards and cater to diverse client requirements.

Strong Order Book
As of January 2024, AICL has an outstanding order book worth Rs 40 crore. This new order from BHEL will further strengthen its pipeline, providing revenue visibility for the coming quarters.

Revenue Contribution
In FY24, around 65 per cent of the company’s revenue came from the sale of manufactured products, while 35 per cent was from traded goods. The focus on high-value contracts like the BHEL order aligns with the company’s strategy to enhance its manufacturing contributions.

AICL’s latest achievement underscores its ability to secure significant orders, paving the way for steady growth in the competitive engineering sector.
