Maruti Infrastructure Ltd informed you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, June 22, 2024, inter alia, to consider the following businesses:
- To consider a proposal for an increase in the authorized share capital of the company and subsequent alteration to the memorandum of association of the company.
- To consider the sub-division/split of equity shares of the company.
- To recommend the proposal for issuance of bonus shares
- Other businesses.
Today, shares of Maruti Infrastructure Ltd surged 18 per cent and made a fresh new 52-week high of Rs 219.95 per share from its previous closing of Rs 186.45. At the closing bell, shares of the company ended the trading session in green, up 15.53 per cent to Rs 215.40 with a spurt in volume by more than 10 times on BSE.
