Hero MotoCorp: The company is gearing up towards a gradual resumption of operations by starting production at all its manufacturing plants in India from May 24. The other plants of Hero MotoCorp in India that are situated in Neemrana (Rajasthan), Halol (Gujarat) and Chittoor (Andhra Pradesh), will also start single shift operations from Monday. The global parts centre (GPC) at Neemrana will also be operational from today.   

Amara Raja Batteries: The company reported profit before tax of Rs 873.33 crore (Rs 840.68 crore) for the financial year 2020-21. The revenue for FY21 stood at Rs 7,149.68 crore as compared to Rs. 6,839.46 crore during FY20. The earnings per share (EPS) for FY21 was at Rs 37.87.  

Dhani Services: The company has received an adjudication order dated May 21, 2021 from SEBI, imposing a penalty of Rs 55 lakh on the company/Company Secretary for not closing trading window.   

Natco Pharma: The company announced that its marketing partner, Breckenridge Pharmaceutical Inc. (BPI), has received final approval for its abbreviated new drug application (ANDA) for Everolimus tablets (generic for Zortress ®) from USFDA. In addition to this, the company announced de Capsules, 5 mg, 10 mg, 15 mg, and 25 mg strengths from US Food & Drug Administration (FDA) along with the tentative approval of the 2.5 mg and 20 mg strengths.   

Antony Waste Handling Cell: Antony Lara Enviro Solutions Private Limited (ALESPL) in consortium with AG Enviro Infra Projects Private Limited (AGEIPPL) has received a letter of authorisation (LoA) for a contract from Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA). The LoA is for the remediation of a temporary dumpsite near Lakhnavali village in Greater Noida through effective bio-mining and mechanised means with complete reclamation of the dumpsite land. The size of the order is approximately Rs 23.75 crore.   

Orchid Pharma: The promoters would be opting for offer for sale mechanism to bring the minimum public shareholding to 10 per cent to ensure adherence with an approved resolution plan for the company and other applicable regulations. Further, the board is happy to inform that Orchid had developed a new molecule known as OCID-5090, which was licensed to a company named Allecra Therapeutics. This molecule was undergoing the clinical trials and the company is pleased to inform that the molecule has cleared the phase 3 clinical trials.   

Balaxi Pharmaceuticals: The company’s Mozambique subsidiary, Angola model is being replicated in this subsidiary (also an erstwhile Portuguese colony). It would commence the business with consumer products in the coming quarter whereas pharmaceutical business will commence in the latter part of the year. The company, as per its strategy, continues to remain debt-free as on FY21.   

Indigo: Indigo announced that it has selected CFM International LEAP-1A engines to power its fleet of 310 new Airbus A320neo, A321neo, and A321XLR aircraft. This agreement includes 620 new installed engines and associated spare engines, as well as a long-term, multi-year service agreement.   

TCS: The company launches innovation hub to boost sustainable development in Europe.   

Dr Lal Pathlabs: Operating revenue increased by 42.9 per cent in Q4FY21 to Rs 431 crore vs Rs 301.7 crore in Q4FY20. COVID and allied contributed 11.2 per cent to revenue in Q4FY21 with 4.54 lakh RTPCR tests.  

Hindalco Industries: Novelis’ expansion of recycling, casting, and rolling facilities in Pinda (Brazil) is on track, with commissioning expected by the end of FY22.  

Adani Green Energy: Adani Renewable Energy Holding Four Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company has transferred 74 per cent shareholding of MSEL to Adani Tradecom LLP (ATLLP) on May 21, 2021.
