On Friday, shares of IIFL Wealth Management Limited, also known as 360 ONE WAM Ltd surged 0.80 per cent to the day’s high of Rs 1813.50 per share from its previous closing of Rs 1799.25.  At 03:30 pm, the stock had dropped 0.53 percent to Rs 1793 per share.  

The Company, in its latest press release, has revealed that the company's Board of Directors meeting will be held on Thursday, January 19, 2023, to consider the following proposals: a) Declaration of fourth interim dividend, if any, for the financial year 2022-23. b) Sub-division (stock split) of equity shares of face value of Rs 2 each and c) Issue of fully paid-up bonus equity share(s) to the company's shareholders in the ratio determined by the Board.  

IIFL Wealth Management Limited, established in 2008, is one of India's largest private wealth management firms. The company recently informed the exchange that 'IIFL Wealth Management Ltd' will be renamed '360 One WAM Ltd'. The firm provides investment products, treasury advisory services, lending solutions and estate planning.  

Talking about the fundaments, the company reported excellent results in its quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements. The PE of the stock is 28.94 per cent and an ROE of 22.72 per cent. Recently, shares witnessed a spurt in volume by more than 5.77 times on BSE. Investors should keep an eye on this stock.
