Do you hold these stocks that are experiencing price volume breakout?

Following a long period of net selling by FIIs, we have seen a period of net buying from them, resulting in a market up move. Continue reading to discover which stocks are showing strong price volume breakout.

Major US stock indices soared on Thursday, with S&P 500 and Nasdaq Composite recording gains for the fourth straight day. This comes as investors await the June jobs report on Friday.

The confidence that the Federal Reserve will be able to control inflation without allowing the economy to enter a recession is another factor that contributed to the rally.

The news that China's Ministry of Finance may approve local governments' sale of 1.5 trillion yuan (USD 220 billion) in special bonds this year helped commodities on Thursday.

For the second day in a row, the 10-year US Treasury yield rose 9.6 basis points to 3.007 per cent.

The US trade deficit slumped to its lowest level of the year in May, reflecting an increase in goods and services exports. The deficit plummeted by USD 1.1 billion, or 1.3 per cent, from a month ago to USD 85.5 billion.

A narrowing trade deficit in consecutive months may contribute to a boost in second-quarter GDP. On Friday, Asian peers experienced a minor slight lift as US indices surged.

This was due to hopes that the Federal Reserve's policy measures would combat inflation without causing a global economic slowdown. Nifty 50 extended its gains from the previous session on July 7. The Nifty closed up 0.89 per cent, or 143.1 points, at 16,132.9.

The gap-down seen on June 13, 2022, appears to be being filled by Nifty 50. If the gap is sealed and prices remain above it, we can safely conclude that the bearish tone has been neutralised, at least in the short term, and prices will rise to 16,400 levels. In the short term, the levels of 16,150 to 16,200 would be a good support band.
