Dilip Buildcon wins Rs. 730 crore contract from NHAI
Infrastructure major Dilip Buildcon on Thursday announced that it has bagged a road project worth Rs. 730 crore from National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) in Madhya Pradesh.
Dilip Buildcon was declared L-1 bidder by NHAI for the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) road project for the construction of four-laning from 624.480 to 653.225 km (de-linked stretch of Seoni-Madhya Pradesh/Maharashtra border) of NH-7. The total value of the contract is Rs. 730.08 crore, which is to be completed in 24 months.
Dilip Buildcon Limited operates in the highway and street construction sector. The company is engaged in the business of infrastructure facilities on EPC basis. The company undertakes contracts from various governments and other parties.
On Thursday, Dilip Buildcon closed at Rs. 934.95 per share, down Rs. 23.95 or 2.50 per cent on NSE. The scrip opened at Rs. 970 and touched a high of Rs. 995 and a low Rs. 920 per share on NSE. The share touched a 52-week high of Rs 1,059.00 and 52-week low Rs 235.00 per share on December 27, 2017 and February 1, 2017, respectively, on NSE. The stock attracted a traded volume of 3,60,278 shares on NSE.
