Dilip Buildcon reports strong results

Dilip Buildcon reported strong result across the board. The company also won significant amount of orders across the segments in FY18.

The total revenue for the quarter rose by 46 per cent yoy to Rs. 2,558 crore in Q4FY18 vs Rs. 1,750 crore in Q4FY17.

The EBITDA for the quarter rose by 33.4 per cent yoy to Rs. 473 crore in Q4FY18 vs Rs. 355 crore in Q4FY17. The EBITDA margin for the quarter contracted by 180 bps to 18.5 per cent vs 20.3 per cent in Q4FY17. This was largely due to substantial increase in operating expenses to Rs. 1,732.2 crore in Q4FY8 vs Rs. 790 crore in Q4FY17

The net profit for the quarter rose by 17.6 per cent yoy to Rs. 230 crore in Q4FY18 vs Rs. 196 crore in FY17. For the full year revenue grew by 52 per cent yoy to Rs. 7,746 crore in FY18 vs Rs. 5,097 crore in Q4FY18. The EBITDA grew by 41.4 per cent yoy to Rs. 1,402 crore in FY18. The net profit rose  by 72 per cent to Rs. 620 crore.
