Dilip Buildcon bags EPC project worth Rs. 677 crore by NHAI
EPC major Dilip Buildcon announced on Thursday that the company has bagged a new EPC Project worth Rs. 677.07 crore in the state of Uttar Pradesh. In the project awarded by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), the company will be developing a new EPC project under NHDP-IVB for Lalganj -Hanumanha Section of NH-7 (Pkg-3) in Uttar Pradesh.
In the third quarter of FY18, the company’s order book stood at Rs. 12,357.1 crore with a contribution of nearly 80 per cent from its road bridges and highways business segment. The company’s revenues from roads and bridges grew by 34 per cent on a yearly basis for the corresponding fiscal.
The company had posted a hike of over 51 per cent in its adjusted PAT to Rs. 164.7 crore in the third quarter of FY18 as compared to Rs. 108.64 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal year.
It had touched its 52-week high of Rs. 1,059 per share on December 27, 2017 and its 52-week low of Rs. 254 per share on March 9, 2017 on BSE, respectively. The share price of the company has surged by over 172 per cent on the bourses in the past one year.
On Thursday, the stock closed at Rs. 982.70 per share, up by 0.78 per cent on BSE. Meanwhile, S&P BSE Sensex closed at 33,006.27 level, lower by 0.39 per cent and NSE Nifty50 ended at 10,114.75 level, lower by 0.40 per cent.
