Dharni Capital Services Limited becomes the 414th Company to get listed on BSE SME platform

With the listing of the Bengaluru-registered company on the BSE SME platform, the total number of listed companies has reached 414. Dharni Capital Services Limited is engaged in the business of Mutual Distribution Services, Fixed Deposits Distribution Services, Real Estate Brokerage Services, Technical Consultancy, and Outsourcing.
The company came out with an initial public offering of 53,70,000 Equity Shares of Rs.1 each (“Equity Shares”) for cash at a price of Rs. 20 per equity share (The “Offer Price”), aggregating to Rs. 10.74 crore. The company successfully completed its public issue on January 20, 2023. Mumbai-based Srujan Alpha Capital Advisors LLP, was the lead manager to Dharni Capital Services Limited.
So far, 162 companies have migrated to the main board. The 413 companies listed on BSE SME Platform have raised Rs.4,580 crore from the market and the total market capitalization of 413 companies as on January 30th, 2023 is Rs. 64,000 Crore.
BSE is the market leader in this segment with a market share of 60 percent.
