Day’s Movers: These stocks were among the top gainers on February 07

Here are the top gaining stocks in BSE Group ‘A’.

On Tuesday, the frontline equity indices declined for the second day in a row. The 30-share index, Sensex declined 0.37 per cent or 220.86 points and closed at 60,286.04 while the 50-share index, Nifty closed at 17,721.50 declining by 0.24 per cent. Some of the shares that gained a lot in today's trade out of BSE Group 'A' were Apar Industries Ltd, Adani Enterprises Ltd and Gland Pharma Ltd.        

Shares of Apar Industries Ltd zoomed 15.25 per cent in today’s session and closed at Rs 2221.80 over its previous close of Rs 1927.75. Today, the shares of Apar Industries Ltd touched their 52-week high with an intraday high and low of Rs 2266.00 and Rs 1919.65, respectively.     

Another constituent of BSE ‘A’ Group that rallied was Adani Enterprises Ltd, gaining 14.63 per cent in today’s session closing at Rs 1802.50. Today, the intraday high and low of Adani Enterprises Ltd were Rs 1965.50 and Rs 1525.05, respectively. 

Gland Pharma Ltd also rallied 11.47 per cent and closed at Rs 1308.80 over its previous close of Rs 1174.10. The intraday high and low of Gland Pharma Ltd were Rs 1333.60 and Rs 1170.10, respectively.
