Days highlights: Stocks that made it to BSE top gainers list!

While the market largely remained flat, these stocks showed an impressive surge.

In today’s trading session, the broad market index S&P BSE Sensex ended in green. On the last trading day of the week, the following companies made it to BSE’s top gainer's list. 

Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers Chemicals Ltd (GNFC), an S&P BSE 500 company gained the most. At the time of market close, the share price of the company was trading at Rs 706.05, up by 11.97 per cent from the previous day’s closing price of Rs 630.55 on BSE. 

Similarly, JK Paper Ltd, another S&P BSE 500 company gained by 11.49 per cent. At the time of market close, the share price of the company was trading at Rs 265.40, up by Rs 27.35 from the previous day’s closing price of Rs 238.05 on BSE. 

Rupa and Company Ltd, an S&P BSE Smallcap company also made it to the gainer's list after its share price surged by 8.93 per cent. At the time of market close, the share price of the company was trading at Rs 471, up by Rs 38.60 from the previous day’s closing price of Rs 432.40 on BSE.
