Chandrayaan 3: Watch out for these stocks fueling the mission, check before you miss the rally!

Shares of Centum Electronics has generated an impressive multibagger return of 1900 per cent

Chandrayaan-3, India's ambitious third lunar mission, is on the verge of a historic achievement, with ISRO's Lander Module (LM) poised to make a momentous touchdown on the lunar surface today.

The LM, composed of the Vikram lander and the Pragyan rover, is scheduled to softly land near the south polar region of the Moon at 6:04 p.m.

Successful execution of this mission will position India as the fourth nation to achieve a soft lunar landing, following the US, China, and the former Soviet Union. Notably, India will also be the first to explore the vast and uncharted south pole of the Moon.

Against this backdrop, several companies are in focus due to their significant contributions to Chandrayaan-3:

Larsen and Toubro (L&T): L&T, a prominent civil construction company, played a crucial role in manufacturing vital booster segments specifically, the head end segment, middle segment, and nozzle bucket flange for Chandrayaan-3. L&T's shares are trading at Rs 2715 a piece, and its 52-week high and low price are Rs 2725.75 and Rs 2685.

BHEL: BHEL was responsible for producing the batteries utilized in both the Lander Module and the Propulsion Module. BHEL’s shares are trading at Rs 109.95 a piece, and its 52-week high and low price are Rs 113.35 and Rs 51.80.

MTAR Technologies: MTAR Technologies played a pivotal role by providing ISRO with engines and booster pumps for the Chandrayaan-3 launch vehicle. MTAR’s shares are trading at Rs 2223 a piece, and its 52-week high and low price are Rs 2330 and Rs 1472.45.

Mishra Dhatu Nigam Ltd supplied critical materials for the launch vehicle. At the time of reporting, Mishra Dhatu Nigam Ltd shares are trading at Rs 408.55 a piece, and its 52-week high and low price are Rs 416.40 and Rs 172.80.

Centum Electronics: Centum Electronics designed and produced electronic systems tailored for space applications within Chandrayaan-3. The company’s shares are trading at Rs 1635 a piece, and its 52-week high and low price are Rs 1694 and Rs 415.20.

In addition to the above, HAL, Paras Defence and Space Technologies, and Walchandnagar Industries, among others, have all played significant roles in the construction of Chandrayaan-3. Moreover, the Godrej Group subsidiary, Godrej Aerospace, has provided critical components to support the Chandrayaan-3 mission.
