BSE StAR MF contributes Net Equity Inflow of Rs. 6,999 crore to Industrys Net Equity Inflow of Rs 15,890 crore in April 2022

Because of the superior support system and distribution reach of BSE StAR MF, the platform has grown exponentially with network of over 72,494 distributors in India.

Continuing its stellar performance, BSE StAR MF, India's largest regulated Exchange-based, online Mutual Funds Distribution platform is moving consistently towards transforming itself into a unique end-to-end-value based platform.

With all mutual funds and distributors channelising their transactions through online platforms, BSE StAR MF contributes Net Equity Inflow of Rs. 6,999 crore which is 44 per cent of Industry’s Net Equity Inflow of Rs. 15,890 crore for the month of April 2022.

During the financial year 2021-22, BSE StAR MF grows 97% to reach 18.47 Cr transactions and Rs 81,350 Cr net equity inflow for mutual funds.

BSE StAR MF Key Highlights:

Turnover:

  • For April 2022 was Rs 36,703 crore.
  • For April 2022 was Rs. 36,703 crore compared to Rs. 33,898 crore on April 2021, a growth of 8 per cent.

Net Equity Inflow:

  • For April 2022 it was Rs. 6,999 crore compared to Rs. 6,860 crore for March 2022, a growth of 2 per cent.
  • For April 2022 it was Rs. 6,999 crore compared to Rs. 5,458 crore for April 2021, a growth of 28 per cent.

Transactions:

  • For April 2022 was 1.94 crore
  • For April 2022 was 1.94 crore as compared to 1.11 crore for April 2021 an incredible growth of 76 per cent.

New SIP Registrations:

  • For April 2022 the platform registered 9.81 lakh new SIPs amounting to Rs. 243 crore
  • For March 2022 the platform registered 10.88 lakh new SIPs amounting to Rs. 250 crore         

MFD’s:

  • Distributor network has seen multi-fold increase to 72,494 (as on April 2022) 

BSE StAR MF App (StAR MF Mobility) has processed over 60.79 lakh transactions since its launch, amounting to Rs. 21,104 Cr as on Apr’22. The app was launched to help Mutual Fund Distributors register clients on real-time basis and execute paperless transactions. Because of the superior support system and distribution reach of BSE StAR MF, the platform has grown exponentially with network of over 72,494 distributors in India.
