At the closing bell on August 24, the Sensex ended at 59,085.43 up by 0.1 per cent or 54.13 points.
RBL Bank, Bandhan Bank and IDFC First Bank witnessed positive action in today’s session.
RBL Bank gained 17.4 per cent in today’s session and closed at Rs 122.25. The shares of RBL Bank zoomed 6% in yesterday’s session after the Company’s Board on Monday approved fundraising of up to Rs 3,000 crore through the issuance of debt securities on a private placement basis. The shares of the company hit intra-day highs and lows of Rs 124.90 and Rs 102.80, respectively.
Bandhan Bank witnessed a gain of 5.6 per cent in today’s session and closed at Rs 295.70. The shares of the company hit intra-day highs and lows of Rs 296.90 and 280.15, respectively. The stock quoted a 52-week low price of Rs 229.65 and a high of Rs 349.5.
IDFC First Bank witnessed a gain of 5.5 per cent session and closed at Rs 48.60. The shares of the private bank hit an intra-day high and low of Rs 48.85 and 45.60, respectively.
