BSE 500: As markets remain volatile, these stocks were trending on the bourses today

After a positive start, markets took a u-turn and traded in red with IT and Teck companies penalized the most. At the closing bell on July 13, the Sensex gave up 372.46 points or 0.4 per cent to close at 53,514.15, while the Nifty index lost 23.15 points or 0.1 per cent to settle below the 16000 mark at 15,966.65.

Care Ratings zoomed 12.44 per cent in today’s session and closed at Rs 467. The shares hit intraday high and low at Rs 492.25 and Rs 440, respectively to become the biggest gainer in “A” Group. Shares of this leading rating agency soared on the bourses after the company announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting scheduled to be held on Wednesday, July 20, 2022, will consider a proposal for buyback of equity shares.
Parag Milk Foods Ltd witnessed a strong rally of 12.02 per cent in today’s session and closed at Rs 82.50. The share hit intraday high and low at Rs 87.40 and Rs 74.40, respectively. Parag Milk Foods is one of India's elite private sector dairy companies with famous brand names such as Gowardhan, Go, Topp Up & Pride of Cows. The shares of Parag Milk are riding the momentum in the FMCG stocks.
KEC International witnessed a gain of 9.87 per cent in today’s session and closed at Rs 449.20. The stock logged its intraday high and low in today’s session at Rs 461.95 and Rs 413.10, respectively. KEC International, a flagship company of RPG Group is a global infrastructure Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) major.
