From June 17 to July 8 2022, the scrip has jumped from Rs 1,551.25 to Rs 2,022, making a simple return of about 30 per cent. The huge upside was mainly driven by the robust sectoral outlook.   

Kiri Industries Ltd, a small-cap company engaged in the dyes and pigments business, has rallied by over 19 per cent today from its previous close of Rs 461.35, as the company has won the appeal in the Supreme Court of Singapore.

Marksans Pharma Ltd, a small-cap company engaged in the pharmaceuticals and formulations business, has rallied by over 16 per cent today from its previous close of Rs 43.20, as the company would be considering a share buyback programme.   

Dilip Buildcon Ltd, a small-cap company engaged in EPC business and other civil constructions, has rallied by over 8 per cent today from its previous close of Rs 189.85, as the company has announced that it has been declared as an ‘L1’ bidder for the tender floated by the Gujarat Metro Rail Corporation (GMRC) Ltd. 

Responsive Industries Ltd, a small-cap company engaged in manufacturing PVC-based products, has hit the upper circuit of 20 per cent today from its previous close of Rs 117.35. While the benchmark index Sensex is trading down by about 0.5 per cent, this stock has gone ballistic.
