GE Power India Ltd is one of the leading players in the Indian power generation equipment market. The company has been awarded a contract worth approximately Rs 863.4 crore by GREENCO KA01 IREP Pvt Ltd. At 1:05 pm the stock has jumped 5.22 per cent and the scrip is currently trading at Rs 186.35.
Tata Chemicals Ltd is a global company with interests in businesses that focus on Basic Chemistry Products and Specialty Chemistry Products. The company has reported an over 15-fold jump in its net profit to Rs 445.43 crore for the fourth quarter as compared to Rs 29.26 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 32.81 per cent to Rs 3,586.91 crore for the quarter reported as compared to Rs 2,700.72 crore for the corresponding quarter of the previous year. At 1:05 pm the stock rallied 9.59 per cent and the scrip is currently trading at Rs 1031.
GHCL Ltd engaged in the manufacturing of soda ash and home textiles. Net profit of GHCL rose 144.08 per cent to Rs 271.27 crore in the quarter ended March 2022 as compared to Rs 111.14 crore for the same quarter the previous year. Sales rose 76.63 per cent to Rs 1273.27 crore in the quarter ended March 2022 as against Rs 720.88 crore for the March 2021 quarter. At 1:05 pm the stock surged 7.92 per cent and the scrip is currently trading at Rs 667.
