At 11:20 a.m., the Sensex is trading at a level of 57,238 points after gaining 91 points. On the other hand, the BSE Midcap has fallen by 125 points and is trading at a level of 24,638. Likewise, the BSE SmallCap index is trading at a level of 28,390 levels, down 198 points.
The Nifty 50 index is also trading with volatility and currently trading in green up by 24 points at a level of 17,007. The Bank Nifty, similarly, has surged by merely 58 points and is presently trading at 38,771.
On October 11, foreign portfolio investors (FPIs), were net sellers of shares worth Rs 4,612.67 crores. Whereas, domestic institutional investors (DIIs), also turned out to be net buyers of shares worth Rs 2,430.76 crore.
