The company is aiming to become a global leader in Automobile Suspension Solutions. It has entered into a Technology Transfer and Technical Assistance Agreement with Tinsley Bridge Limited, UK for the transfer of TBL Extralite Spring Technology and Special Steel Technology to the company.
The company also reported a robust Q4 performance and reported Net Sales at Rs 621 crore, a surge of 40 per cent QoQ and 28 per cent YoY. It reported a PAT of Rs 57 crore registering a 51 per cent QoQ and 19 per cent YoY increase.
In a weak market, the company is soaring and it touched its fresh 52-week high at Rs 126.20 today. It has a 52-week low of Rs 78.20. At 11:40 am, the share price has jumped 4.76 per cent, and the scrip is trading at Rs 123.35.
