Anand Rathi Wealth reports excellent Q4FY22 results!
The company announced a final dividend of Rs 6 per equity share.
Anand Rathi Wealth Limited (ARWL), India’s leading non-bank wealth solutions firm has declared excellent consolidated audited financial results for quarter and year ended March 31, 2022.
AUM for Q4FY22 stood at Rs 32,906 crore, up by 23 per cent from Rs 26,670 crore reported in the same quarter last year. On similar lines, revenue and PAT came in at Rs 115 crore and 35 crore, demonstrating robust growth of 49 per cent and 239 per cent respectively on a YoY basis. The company announced a final dividend of Rs 6 per equity share. EPS and ROE for FY 2021-22 came in at Rs 30.49 and 41.7 per cent respectively.
Business segment-wise highlights are as follows:
Private Wealth (PW) (Holding Company)
- AUM increased by 23 per cent to Rs. 32,054 crore.
- Revenue increased significantly by 56 per cent to Rs 409 crore.
- PAT grew by whopping 184 per cent to Rs. 125 crore.
- Active client families increased by 16 per cent to 7,082.
- Share of Mutual Funds in AUM increased to 46 per cent (PY 36 per cent).
- Number of RMs increased to 271 (PY 233).
Digital Wealth (DW) (Subsidiary Company)
- AUM increased by 39 per cent to Rs 852 crore.
- Client Engagement Partners (CEPs) increased to 316 with 3,907 active clients.
Omni Financial Advisors (“OFA”) (Subsidiary Company)
- Leader in technology product sale to 5,343 IFAs as of March 31, 2022
- Assets under Administration (AuA) of IFAs on this platform are Rs 79,800+ crore as on 31st March 2022.
