AGI Infra Ltd. intends to split/subdivide its existing equity shares of the face value of Rs 10 each, fully paid up, into 2 (two) equity shares of the face value of Rs 5 each, fully paid up. A Meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, January 21, 2025, for fixation of the 'Record Date' for determining the entitlement of shareholders to the split shares.

According to Quarterly Results, the net sales increased by 9.4 per cent to Rs 77.56 crore and net profit increased by 20.5 per cent to Rs 17.45 crore in Q2FY25 compared to Q2FY24. In its half-yearly results, the net sales increased by 7.5 per cent to Rs 150.19 crore and net profit increased by 14.5 per cent to Rs 31.86 crore in H1FY25 compared to H1FY24.

The company has a market cap of over Rs 2,000 crore. The shares of the company have an ROE of 26 per cent and an ROCE of 25 per cent. The stock gave multibagger returns of over 100 per cent from its 52-week low of Rs 723.80 per share, 1,000 per cent in 3 years and a whopping 2,700 per cent in 5 years.
