The stock’s 52-week high is Rs 5.69 per share and its 52-week low is Rs 2 per share. The shares of the company saw a spurt in volume by more than 1.70 times on BSE.

These decisions include determining the issue price, entitlement ratio, and the total number of shares to be issued. Eligible shareholders will be entitled to one Rights Share for every one equity share held on the Record Date. This Rights Issue, if fully subscribed, will increase the total number of outstanding equity shares to 20,00,00,000.
