To determine eligible shareholders for this rights issue, the Company has set Tuesday, August 13, 2024, as the record date. The rights issue is scheduled to open on Tuesday, August 27, 2024, and close on Friday, September 13, 2024. Eligible shareholders will receive ten rights entitlement for every 51 shares held on the record date.
