Trident has installed capacity of 688 looms capable of producing 90,000 TPA of terry towels, which makes it largest manufacturer of terry towels in the world. The company has reported 38 per cent growth in its bottomline on yearly basis to Rs 40.4 crore for Q4FY15 as against of Rs 29.3 crore in Q4FY14.  While operating revenue marginally decline at Rs 978.0 crore in Q4FY15 compared to Rs 990.2 crore in Q4FY14 due to lower yarn realisations and higher captive consumption of Yarn. However de-growth from yarn was mitigated by increased off-take in the Terry Towel business. EBITDA increased by 27 per cent to Rs 195 crore in Q4FY15 from Rs 153.7 crore in Q4 FY14 due to margins improvement by 441 bps to 19.9 per cent. The Company repaid 7.6 per cent of outstanding term loans amounting to Rs 134.3 crore during the quarter.

Castrol India manufactures and markets a range of automotive and industrial lubricants. It has reported a 46 per cent growth on YoY basis in net profit on the back of weak crude oil prices. Net profit for the January to March quarter jumped to Rs 147 crore on sales of Rs 796 crore. Although the environment continues to be challenging for Commercial trucks, Business to Business (B2B) and Marine businesses, the performance continues to be driven by the personal mobility segment where underlying volumes and margins have grown over previous year. The company expect demand to start improving during the second half of the year. It is in a strong position to benefit from growth prospects on account of its strong brands. Castrol will also become part of the derivatives segment from May 29, 2015.
