Yasho Industries gets listed on BSE SME Platform
Yasho Industries Limited became the 236th company to get listed on the BSE SME Platform, on Monday.
The company came out with an IPO of 28,99,200 equity shares of Rs.10 each at a price of Rs.100 per equity share, aggregating to Rs. 2,899.20 lakhs. The company successfully completed its public issue on March 21, 2018.
Yasho Industries is a Mumbai-based company engaged in the business of manufacturing of varied re-engineered chemicals.
The 236 companies listed on BSE SME Platform have raised Rs. 2,113.02 crore from the market. The total market capitalization of these 236 companies as on April 2, 2018 is 22,177.00 crore. With a market share of 64 per cent, BSE is the market leader in this segment. BSE has also given approval to about 29 companies which are due to open soon. Also, about 14 companies have submitted their DRHP with the exchange and are awaiting approval.
