With Radio City, Noida Metro commuters can now sing their way to their destination!
Radio City, India’s leading radio network which is a part of Music Broadcast Limited (MBL), has partnered with NMRC (Noida Metro Rail Corporation) to provide passengers with unique entertainment experience during travel.
Radio City delivers hyperlocal content consisting of music, entertainment and trivia focused around Noida, Greater Noida and NMRC across all 21 stations of the NMRC Aqua Line. The co-branded feed titled, “Radio City NMRC–Noida Metro Ka Apna Radio Station”, plays selected content in Hindi in Noida covering the 29.7 km metro corridor.
The Aqua Line was inaugurated by Yogi Adityanath, Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh on January 25, 2019, and the commercial services began from January 26, 2019. This exclusive entertainment service is being provided from the day of commencement of the commercial services.
So far, it has successfully partnered with LMRC (Lucknow Metro Rail Corporation) to offer specialized content across eight Lucknow Metro stations.
MBL is the subsidiary of Jagran Prakashan Ltd. Radio City was the first FM radio broadcaster in India and has 17 years of expertise in the radio industry.
The stock of Music Broadcast opened at Rs 59.45 on Wednesday. It surged by 14.9 per cent to make intra-day high of Rs 63.90 and closed at Rs 56.30 on the BSE.
