Wipro exits JV WAISL
Wipro has exited its joint venture (JV) Wipro Airport IT Services (WAISL) by selling its remaining 11 per cent shareholding to Antariksh Softtech for Rs. 55 lakh.
WAISL was a 74:26 JV between Wipro and Delhi International Airport (DIAL). Last year in the month of April, Wipro had sold 63 per cent of its stake in WAISL to Antariksh Softtech in a Rs 3.15 crore deal. It provided various IT services at the Indira Gandhi International Airport in New Delhi.

On Friday, the shares of Tech Mahindra opened at Rs. 282.15 against Thursday’s close of Rs. 282.15. At 13:13 hours, the stock was trading at Rs. 282.15, remaining flat. Its intraday high was Rs. 283.90 and intraday low was Rs. 281.55 per share on the BSE. The 52-week high stood at Rs. 301.55 and 52-week low was at Rs. 191.44 per share on the BSE.
