Voltas enters partnership with EESL for 5 star ACs

India’s leading AC manufacturer, Voltas Limited announced that it has entered into a partnership with Energy Efficient Services Limited (EESL) for production of energy efficient air conditioners.

The company will manufacturer super energy efficient ACs, which offer faster and more cooling than ordinary ACs. It can be 44 per cent more energy efficient than conventional 3-star ACs, which are also available at an affordable price. The new version ensures low-noise operation, longer life, energy savings and better capacity control. This would translate into a more efficient cooling environment for customers.

EESL plans to distributed 50,000 super energy-efficient and environment-friendly Acs manufactured by Voltas to Delhi consumers of BSES Rajdhani Power Limited (BRPL), BSES Yamuna Power Limited (BYPL) and Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited (Tata Power-DDL). EESL will be promoting this scheme at their respective Customer Care counters.

Voltas Limited is a one of premier air conditioner manufacturer in India. It is part of the Tata Group and in addition to air conditioners, it offers air coolers, water dispensers, water coolers and commercial refrigeration products.

On Tuesday, at 11.45 am, the stock traded at Rs. 593.45 per share, down by 1.63 per cent on BSE.
