Trigyn subsidiary signs LTA with UNAIDS; stock up

Trigyn Technologies Limited has informed the bourses that UNAIDS has signed a non-exclusive Long-Term Agreement (LTA) with its wholly-owned subsidiary Trigyn Technologies Inc. for providing open source IT services like Drupal/PHP and Django/Python.

Under this LTA, Trigyn Technologies will provide onsite as well as offsite technical and function resources under fixed price contracts as well as time and material (T&M) contracts. This LTA will exist for two years i.e. till May 2021.

Earlier in the month of April, the contract of Trigyn Technologies Inc. with the United Nations for the provision of IT staffing support service for Office of Information and Communications Technology (OICT) was extended until December 31, 2019.

Further the United Nations Not-To-Exceed Amount (NTE) of the Contract was revised from the existing US$ 159,450,510.43 to US$ 173,160,722.84.

Trigyn Technologies is a multi-national IT firm having 1500 resources deployed in 25 countries across Asia, North America, Europe and Africa.

On Wednesday, the stock of Trigyn Technologies opened at Rs 65.40. In the morning trading session, it touched Rs 66.75, up by 1.8 per cent from its previous close of Rs 65.55.
