These three stocks were the top gainers on BSE in the pre-opening session today.
At the pre-opening bell, the frontline index S&P BSE Sensex opened in green with a gain of 66.19 points or 0.08 per cent. By 9.18 am, the index stood at 77,983.78, signifying a gain of 74.38 points or 0.1 per cent over its previous closing.

On the sectoral front, in the pre-opening session, metals jumped by 0.09 per cent, power slipped by 0.03 and auto soared by 0.56 per cent.
Meanwhile, PG Electroplast Ltd , ICICI Securities Ltd, and Power Mech Projects Ltd emerged as the Top Gainers of BSE in the pre-opening session today.
PG Electroplast Ltd rallied 10.83 per cent to trade at Rs 930.95 apiece. The company has he company reported its financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2024. Operating revenues for the quarter amounted to Rs 967.69 crores, reflecting an 81.9 per cent year-on-year growth. Quarterly EBITDA reached Rs 92.37 crores, up 96.5 per cent from Rs 47 crores in 3QFY2024. Net profit for the quarter stood at Rs 40.14 crores, marking a 108.7 per cent increase from Rs 19.24 crores in 3QFY2024.
ICICI Securities Ltd, an S&P BSE company, surged 6.77 per cent to trade at Rs 903.40 apiece. The company has not issued any major announcements recently, suggesting that the share price rally may be driven solely by market forces.
Power Mech Projects Ltd an S&P BSE company, climbed 5.72 per cent to trade at Rs 2,149.80 apiece. The company has not made any significant announcements of late. Hence, the rally in the share price could be driven purely by the market forces.
