Top three stocks that saw heavy demand from buyers in the pre-opening session today

These three stocks were the top gainers on BSE in the pre-opening session today.

At the pre-opening bell, the frontline index S&P BSE Sensex opened in green with a gain of 59.23 points or 0.08 per cent. By 9.15 am, the index stood at 76,454.50, signifying a loss of 70.92 points or 0.10 per cent over its previous closing.

On the sectoral front, in the pre-opening session, metals jumped by 0.40 per cent, power zoomed by 0.72 and auto slipped by 0.45 per cent.

Meanwhile, Blue Star Ltd, G R Infraprojects Ltd, and Power Mech Projects Ltd emerged as the Top Gainers of BSE in the pre-opening session today. 

Blue Star Ltd rallied 9.31  per cent to trade at Rs 1,997.40 apiece. The company has posted its Q3 FY25 Quarterly Results in which it has reported Consolidated Revenue for Quarter grows by 25 per cent and Operating Profit by 35 per cent.

G R Infraprojects Ltd, an S&P BSE company, surged 9 per cent to trade at Rs 1,374.20 apiece. The company has been emerged as L-1 bidder for the project “EPC Tender for Gauge conversion of 38.900 kms track and associated work like earthwork, blanketing, supply of ballast, minor bridges, major bridges, office/service buildings including water supply arrangement & sanitations, platforms and station associated amenities construction of retaining wall/ boundary wall/ side drains complete track linking with supply of materials including small track machines but excluding new rails from chainage 9.200 kms to 48.100 kms (38.90 kms) and all works related to 30 RUB’s from Kosamba to Umarpada at Kosamba-Umarpada section in Vadodara division of Western Railways

Power Mech Projects Ltd an S&P BSE company, climbed 6.14 per cent to trade at Rs 2,894 apiece. The company has not made any significant announcements of late. Hence, the rally in the share price could be driven purely by the market forces.
