Top three stocks that saw heavy demand from buyers in the pre-opening session today

These three stocks were the top gainers on BSE in the pre-opening session today.

At the pre-opening bell, the frontline index S&P BSE Sensex opened in red with a loss of 61.17 points or 0.08 per cent. By 9.17 am, the index stood at 78,644.94 signifying a loss of 54.13 points or 0.07 per cent over its previous closing.

On the sectoral front, in the pre-opening session, metals dropped by 0.05 per cent, power zoomed by 0.32 and auto slipped by 0.10 per cent.

Meanwhile, Vodafone Idea Ltd, Page Industries Ltd and Go Fashion (India) Ltd emerged as the Top Gainers of BSE in the pre-opening session today. 

Vodafone Idea Ltd an S&P BSE company, surged 7.10 per cent to trade at Rs 8 apiece. The company has informed that DoT vide its communication dated 27 December 2024 has dispensed with the requirement of submission of Financial Bank Guarantees for the Spectrum acquired in Spectrum Auction held in 2012, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2021, subject to certain terms and conditions

Page Industries Ltd rallied 6.05 per cent to trade at Rs 49,748 apiece. The company has not made any significant announcements of late. Hence, the rally in the share price could be driven purely by the market forces. 

Go Fashion (India) Ltd an S&P BSE company, climbed 5.15 per cent to trade at Rs 991 apiece. The company has not made any significant announcements of late. Hence, the rally in the share price could be driven purely by the market forces.
