Top three stocks that saw heavy demand from buyers in the pre-opening session today
These three stocks were the top gainers on BSE in the pre-opening session today.
At the pre-opening bell, the frontline index S&P BSE Sensex opened in green with a gain of 90.09 points or 0.11 per cent. By 9.15 am, the index stood at 83,002.17 signifying a gain of 111.23 points or 0.13 per cent over its previous closing.
On the sectoral front, in the pre-opening session, metals Jumped by 0.76 per cent, power zoomed by 0.95 and auto soared by 0.10 per cent.

Meanwhile, Adani Power Ltd, H.G. Infra Engineering Ltd and KRBL Ltd emerged as the Top Gainers of BSE in the pre-opening session today.
Adani Power Ltd, an S&P BSE company, surged 4.32 per cent to trade at 660.95 apiece. Adani Power Limited (APL), India’s largest private thermal power producer will sign a long-term Power Supply Agreement (PSA) with MSEDCL for the supply of 1496 MW (net) thermal power to Maharashtra state from a new 1600 MW Ultra-supercritical thermal power project.
H.G. Infra Engineering Ltd rallied 4.06 per cent to trade at Rs 1627.60 apiece. H.G. Green Energy Private Limited (Formerly known as H.G. Solar Projects Private Limited) wholly owned subsidiary of H.G. Infra Engineering Limited, has acquired 49% of the total paid-up share capital in the form of Equity Shares on September 13, 2024 in 11 companies.
KRBL Ltd, an S&P BSE company, climbed 3.75 per cent to trade at Rs 315.55 apiece. The company has not made any significant announcements of late. Hence, the rally in the share price could be driven purely by the market forces.
