Top three stocks that saw heavy demand from buyers in the pre-opening session today
These three stocks were the top gainers on BSE in the pre-opening session today.
At the pre-opening bell, the frontline index S&P BSE Sensex opened in red with a loss of 2,393.76 points or 2.96 per cent. By 9.15 am, the index stood at 79,752.17 signifying a loss of 1229.78 points or 1.52 per cent over its previous closing.

On the sectoral front, in the pre-opening session, metals dipped by 3.17 per cent, power plunged by 3.64 and auto slipped by 3.03 per cent.
Meanwhile, ZF Commercial Vehicle Control Systems India Ltd, Lumax Auto Technologies Ltd and Bajaj Consumer Care Ltd emerged as the Top Gainers of BSE in the pre-opening session today.
ZF Commercial Vehicle Control Systems India Ltd, an S&P BSE company, surged 4.45 per cent to trade at Rs 16,997.90 apiece. The company has not made any significant announcements of late. Hence, the rally in the share price could be driven purely by the market forces.
Lumax Auto Technologies Ltd rallied 2.01 per cent to trade at Rs 564.60 apiece. The company has announced its first Quarterly Results of Q1FY25.
Bajaj Consumer Care Ltd, an S&P BSE company, climbed 2.01 per cent to trade at Rs 268.40 apiece. The company has not made any significant announcements of late. Hence, the rally in the share price could be driven purely by the market forces.
