These three stocks were the top gainers on BSE in the pre-opening session today.
At the pre-opening bell, the frontline index S&P BSE Sensex opened in green with a gain of 65.66 points or 0.08 per cent. By 9.15 am, the index stood at 80,711.11 signifying a gain of 46.25 points or 0.06 per cent over its previous closing.
On the sectoral front, in the pre-opening session, metals soared by 0.66 per cent, power jumped 0.23 and auto rose by 0.49 per cent.
Meanwhile, Hatsun Agro Product Ltd, Vodafone Idea Ltd and KPI Green Energy Ltd emerged as the Top Gainers of BSE in the pre-opening session today.
Hatsun Agro Product Ltd, an S&P BSE company, surged 13.74% per cent to trade at Rs 1350.00 apiece. The company declared its Q1FY25 quarterly result yesterday and declared an interim dividend of Rs. 6 per equity share (600%) on the fully paid-up equity shares of the face value of Re 1 per share. This is the first interim dividend declared by the Board for the financial year 2024-25.
Vodafone Idea Ltd rallied 5.28 per cent to trade at Rs 17.56 apiece. The company has not made any significant announcements of late. Hence, the rally in the share price could be driven purely by the market forces.
KPI Green Energy Ltd, an S&P BSE company, climbed 5 per cent to trade at Rs 2039.85 apiece. The company has not made any significant announcements of late. Hence, the rally in the share price could be driven purely by the market forces.
