Top three stocks that saw heavy demand from buyers in the pre-opening session today
These three stocks were the top gainers on BSE in the pre-opening session today.
At the pre-opening bell, the frontline index S&P BSE Sensex opened in green with a gain of 167.2 points or 0.21 per cent. By 9.15 am, the index stood at 80,745.22 signifying a gain of 209.6 points or 0.26 per cent over its previous closing.
On the sectoral front, in the pre-opening session, metals soared by 0.48 per cent, power jumped 0.44 and auto rose by 0.36 per cent.
Meanwhile, Zen Technologies Ltd, Lloyds Metals And Energy Ltd and Lakshmi Machine Works Ltd emerged as the Top Gainers of BSE in the pre-opening session today.

Zen Technologies Ltd, an S&P BSE company, surged 4.07% per cent to trade at Rs 1,350.00 apiece. The company Introduces AI-powered Robots, Unveils Four Products for the Global Defence Market.
Lloyds Metals And Energy Ltd rallied 3.29 per cent to trade at Rs 769.75 apiece. The company has not made any significant announcements of late. Hence, the rally in the share price could be driven purely by the market forces.
Lakshmi Machine Works Ltd, an S&P BSE company, climbed 3.24 per cent to trade at Rs 16,362.00 apiece. Lakshmi Machine Works established a wholly-owned subsidiary called LMW Holding in Dubai, UAE, according to an Indian bourse filing on Thursday. The new unit will serve as a holding company for investments in industrial enterprises and management, the filing said.
