Top three stocks that saw heavy demand from buyers in the pre-opening session today

These three stocks were the top gainers on BSE in the pre-opening session today.

At the pre-opening bell, the frontline index S&P BSE Sensex opened in red with a loss of 81.60 points or 0.10 per cent. By 9.15 am, the index stood at 79,951.76 signifying a loss of 44.84 points or 0.06 per cent over its previous closing. 

On the sectoral front, in the pre-opening session, metals soared by 0.22 per cent, power jumped 0.47 and auto rose by 0.24 per cent.

Meanwhile, Metro Brands Ltd, Swan Energy Ltd and 360 One Wam Ltd emerged as the Top Gainers of BSE in the pre-opening session today. 

Metro Brands Ltd, an S&P BSE company, surged 10.06 per cent to trade at Rs 1337.20 apiece. The company has not made any significant announcements of late. Hence, the rally in the share price could be driven purely by the market forces. 

Swan Energy Ltd rallied 4.99 per cent to trade at Rs 690.75 apiece. The company has not made any significant announcements of late. Hence, the rally in the share price could be driven purely by the market forces. 

360 One Wam Ltd, an S&P BSE company, climbed 3.65 per cent to trade at Rs 1000.00 apiece. The company has not made any significant announcements of late. Hence, the rally in the share price could be driven purely by the market forces.
