Top three stocks that saw heavy demand from buyers in the pre-opening session today
These three stocks were the top gainers on BSE in the pre-opening session today.
At the pre-opening bell, the frontline index S&P BSE Sensex opened in green with a gain of 441.96 points or 0.60 per cent. By 9.15 am, the index stood at 74,221.50 signifying a gain of 335.90 points or 0.45 per cent over its previous closing.
On the sectoral front, in the pre-opening session, metals rose by 0.85 per cent, power gained 0.85 and auto rose by 0.66 per cent.
Meanwhile, Orient Electric Ltd, Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd and Bharat Dynamics Ltd emerged as the Top Gainers of BSE in the pre-opening session today.
Orient Electric Ltd, an S&P BSE company, surged 5.88 per cent to trade at Rs 236.00 apiece.
Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd rallied 5.87 per cent to trade at Rs 67.99 apiece.
Bharat Dynamics Ltd, an S&P BSE company, climbed 4.84 per cent to trade at Rs 1621.65 apiece.
