Top three stocks that saw heavy demand from buyers in the pre-opening session today
These three stocks were the top gainers on BSE in the pre-opening session today.
At the pre-opening bell, the frontline index S&P BSE Sensex opened in green with a gain of 509.27 points or 0.70 per cent. By 9.15 am, the index stood at 72,476.65 signifying a loss of 187.82 points or 0.26 per cent over its previous closing.
On the sectoral front, in the pre-opening session, metals fell by 0.04 per cent, power gained 0.36 and auto declined 0.37 per cent.
Meanwhile, TVS Srichakra Ltd, ABB India Ltd and Piramal Pharma Ltd emerged as the Top Gainers of BSE in the pre-opening session today.
TVS Srichakra Ltd, an S&P BSE company, surged 8.78 per cent to trade at Rs 4349.95 apiece.
ABB India Ltd rallied 5.19 per cent to trade at Rs 7555.00 apiece.
Piramal Pharma Ltd, an S&P BSE company, climbed 4.62 per cent to trade at Rs 157.25 apiece.
