Top three stocks that saw heavy demand from buyers in the pre-opening session today
These three stocks were the top gainers on BSE in the pre-opening session today.
At the pre-opening bell, the frontline index S&P BSE Sensex opened in red with a loss of 3,804.55 points or 5.12 per cent. By 9.15 am, the index stood at 73281.65 signifying a loss of 113.32 points or 1.30 per cent over its previous closing.
On the sectoral front, in the pre-opening session, metals declined by 2.17 per cent, power fell 3.29 and auto declined by 2.32 per cent.
Meanwhile, Aster DM Healthcare Ltd, J.K.Cement Ltd and Cholamandalam Financial Holdings Ltd emerged as the Top Gainers of BSE in the pre-opening session today.
Aster DM Healthcare Ltd, an S&P BSE company, surged 12.72 per cent to trade at Rs 550.00 apiece.
J.K.Cement Ltd rallied 3.09 per cent to trade at Rs 4409.20 apiece.
Cholamandalam Financial Holdings Ltd, an S&P BSE company, climbed 2.92 per cent to trade at Rs 1106.80 apiece.
