Top three stocks that saw heavy demand from buyers in the pre-opening session today
These three stocks were the top gainers on BSE in the pre-opening session today.
At the pre-opening bell, the frontline index S&P BSE Sensex opened in red with a loss of 210.51 points or 0.29 per cent. By 9.15 am, the index stood at 72,852.6 signifying a loss of 244.61points or 0.33 per cent over its previous closing.
On the sectoral front, in the pre-opening session, metals stood flat, power fell by 0.48 and auto declined by 0.30 per cent.
Meanwhile, Swan Energy Ltd, One 97 Communications Ltd and Shivalik Bimetal Controls Ltd emerged as the Top Gainers of BSE in the pre-opening session today.
Swan Energy Ltd, an S&P BSE company, surged 6.01 per cent to trade at Rs 551.00 apiece. The company has not made any significant announcements of late. Hence, the rally in the share price could be driven purely by the market forces.
One 97 Communications Ltd rallied 5.00 per cent to trade at Rs 370.90 apiece. NPCI grants approval to the company to participate in UPI as a Third-Party Application Provider (TPAP) under multi-bank mode.
Shivalik Bimetal Controls Ltd, an S&P BSE company, climbed 4.81 per cent to trade at Rs 516.75 apiece. The company has not made any significant announcements of late. Hence, the rally in the share price could be driven purely by the market forces.
