Top three stocks that saw heavy demand from buyers in the pre-opening session today
These three stocks were the top gainers on BSE in the pre-opening session today.
At the pre-opening bell, the frontline index S&P BSE Sensex opened in green with a gain of 190.38 points or 0.29 per cent. By 9.15 am, the index stood flat at 66,154.13 signifying a slight loss of 6.07 points or 0.01 per cent over its previous closing.
On the sectoral front, in the pre-opening session, metals rose by 0.09 per cent, power gained 1.13 and auto rose by 0.32 per cent.
Meanwhile, Power Mech Projects Ltd, J.Kumar Infraprojects and Valiant Organics emerged as the Top Gainers of BSE in the pre-opening session today.
Power Mech Projects Ltd, an S&P BSE company, surged 20.00 per cent to trade at Rs 5062.25 apiece. The stock rallied as the company bagged a Mine Development & Operation Project (MOO) for an estimated value of Rs 30,438 Crores from Steel Authority of India Ltd (SAIL).

J.Kumar Infraprojects Ltd rallied 18.98 per cent to trade at Rs 405.25 apiece. The joint venture between J Kumar and NCC has emerged as the frontrunner in the bidding process for the construction of Goregaon Mulund Link Road (GMLR) twin tunnel.
Valiant Organics Ltd, an S&P BSE company, climbed 9.22 per cent to trade at Rs 564.95 apiece. The company has not made any significant announcements of late. Hence, the rally in the share price could be driven purely by the market forces.
